Our co***ny mainly manufactures and exports: high-tensile washers F436/DIN6916, BS3410/4320, NF E25-513, AS1252-1973, DIN125A/9021/440/7989 £¬ASTM/IFI/USS/SAE .
A variety of special-purpose stamping parts as the drawings or samples of the customers . We also produce all kinds of screws, nuts and bolts.
The materials used are: mild steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and copper and brass.
Surface treatment: plain, zinc plated (blue zinc plated, and yellow zinc plated), nickel plated, phosphating, black oxidation, zinc mechanically deposited, and hot-dip galvanised etc.
Our co***ny has stamping workshop (including 80 punchs), matched with zinc plated workshop and heat treatment workshop (including 2 advanced automation heat treatment equipments).
The products are mainly exported to USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions .The annual production capability reaches 8,000 tons.
So far, 90 percent of our products have been widely used in Europe and The United States markets.
